Season Predictions?

Well here we be, starting another year in MLB. Is anyone considering how the Tyg’s are gonna be doin this year? I feel like a total dufus saying they’re going to make the Play-offs! But, that’s whats going to happen.

This years wrestling season left something to be desired. Although we had some incredible stories of accomplishment. Still looking to make improvements and knowing that better prep and org can help as much as more instincts and intuition-its all in the details baby, details!

I thought a few days ago- Today is our last Dual Meet and I have to say Good-Bye to someone who has helped me for two years, helped add value to many lives, in a manner that cannot be under-appreciated. This I am talking about a motivator, a Sergeant , and uncommon man to help instill work-ethic in those that would not other-wise had it. In this he has helped me immensely and I have but a very small ability to show proper appreciation. He is my assistant and Heart with-standing, above equal. You see he is leaving to be deployed in Iraq or Afghanistan this Spring (Tomorrow).

The point is Don’t say goodbye to those that are most dear, don’t let go of that which has the most potential, and also have the highest regard for any that would support a better quality of life. Every single being has the potential of making a contribution to a higher standard of conscience, thought, and life.

I’ve always wanted to uprgrade the look of my Truck. So i put on Twenties w/Perrelis. I have some of the parts for the new front end look but still have to get more to complete the job. People ask why are you doing all that and i say- What’s the sense in having nice things, if you can’t take care of em’

I plan this summer to have a better one than last. Spending a lot of time laboring versus enjoying the finer things in life is always my condition. I am determined to play and make a better effort to enjoy the important things this year.

Back to the Beginning

In the begining we played a lot of sports, but baseball was our passion. This was something dad was able to teach very well. Being gifted with intellect, talent, and good genes is great!, but having the knowledge about the sport in his aspect was the key. We won the League Championship every year for Little League. He put together All-Star (travel) teams and placed second only once with a tie, in every tournament that we did not win. I am talking a span of about seven summers of my life. In this era i was never very comfortable at the plate. I was the wheels and the brains of my team. A good second baseman and outfielder. Not a great pitcher by any means, as my best way of getting an out was to walk a batter then pick em off at first. A right-hander with a wicked move to first. I once hook-slid home plate as a DR for the leading run in our home Championship game in the 8th inning. My brothers claiming they taught me that, honestly i don’t know where it came from. I could see the ball coming to home in my peripheral vision and thought – can’t go through em, gonna have to go around! Boy, those were the days – by the time i reached High-School i could finally hit a pitch with all seriousness.
